Thursday they did track and field events. Lauren participated in 50 meter, 200 meter, shot put, and long jump. Every event except for 200 meter relay, which they had a team for.
Friday was coed basketball for her. Didn't start until 1:00. They won two and lost one. (Dan asked her if she scored any hoops but it sounded like Cheese Corny Hoops.) She also got to watch the badminton and volleyball teams play.
Saturday the basketball team made it to the semi-finals, then lost in the finals. Watched the other finals. Award ceremony wrapped it up. International School of Helsinki Junior and Senior teams took first in volleyball and badminton. ISH also placed in a lot of the track and field events. Most proud that the school won Best Sportmanship award. Go Huskies!
